GARDENING WITH NATIVE ALASKAN ORCHIDS WITH SHAWN JACKINSKY

$30 per person/$25 per Pratt Museum Member | Saturday, September 28, 1-3pm

Do you know that over 30 species of orchids are native to Alaska? This class will focus on propagation techniques and specific garden conditions that help orchids like Spotted Ladies Slipper, Bog Candle, Ladies Tresses, and Green Bog Orchid thrive in your garden.

Pratt Museum Head Gardener, Shawn Jackinsky, will guide this workshop.

This workshop is outdoors and designed for adults, older teens are welcome too! Please come prepared for any weather and remember to print the waiver/release form and bring a completed copy to the workshop (we will have additional copies available on the day of the event).
