Brooks Falls Live Video
Live Video Coming Soon!
The Pratt Museum initiated the "BearCam" project in 1999, and continues to offer this unique opportunity to view bears in the wild in partnership with the National Park Service. The live video feed originates from a camera located on the viewing station at the Brooks River Falls in Katmai National Park. The signal is relayed through the internet to Homer and Anchorage. An interpreter at the museum controls the camera. The live video streams over the internet and is available on our website.
Stay tuned for live interpreter programs and other special events on the Pratt Museum's "Bear Channel"!
